ROTO-CAB

ROTO-CAB® washers are designed for the spray cleaning with water-base cleaning liquids at medium temperature. The operating principle is based on a rotating platform where the parts are posed and a series of sprays covering all surfaces during rotation.

The platform rotates on bearings with axial and radial resistance, contained in a steel hub with permanent lubrication and completely sealed for maintenance free operation. The system is driven by a gearmotor posed on the upper side of the machine with joints and shafts. A drive wheel acting on the external perimeter ensures smooth rotation and acts as a torque limiter
